It is to belittle Robert than to say that he is a determined, hard working, compassionated, and instructed individual. Robert strives to empower rural communities throughout Africa, works towards a sustainable economy, and wishes prosperity and equal justice for all. To attain these goals, Robert holds a degree in Biological Sciences; has received formal education in Conflict Analysis, Negotiation and Conflict Management; acts as Executive Director and Founder of Kikandwa Rural Communities Development Organization; acts as the African Regional Representative of World Campus International Inc.; is a 2008 Justice Makers Fellow of International Bridges to Justice Inc.; acts as a Project Director of Rural Communities Criminal Justice Awareness Project; attended a variety of regional and international conferences; and is one of the founding directors of ABaCoDe. Ronald BajjungaRONALD BAJJUNGA – Basketball Ambassador

Ronald is a basketball player, and has been evolving within the national club “Miracle Eagles” for the past years. Holder of a Bachelor degree in Biotechnology, and teacher by profession, Ronald acts as the Head Coach of the ABaCoDe/Mengo SS basketball teams and is one of ABaCoDe’s valuable Basketball Ambassadors in Uganda.
