ABaCoDe Canada | Pack The House Fundraiser Event, Feb 10th 2012
This February, the Champlain Cavaliers organized their annual “Pack the House” basketball tournament. For the first time, the school decided to offer the proceeds of the game to a charity, and they chose ABaCoDe. Over 500 Champlain fans were there to cheer on the team at a home game against Collège Montmorency. With all admission and concession sales going to ABaCoDe, we were able to raise over 500$. After winning the |Ugandan| National Schools Basketball Association Championship, May 2011, ABaCoDe/Mengo SS Men’s basketball team will depart on Thursday August 26th to compete in the East African Games. The young men will represent Uganda in their own country, the competition being in Merry Hill, Mbarara, Uganda. The team will be coached and managed by ABaCoDe members Bajjunga Ronald (Head Coach; ABaCoDe Basketball Ambassador), Mutyaba Lawrence (Ass.
